WATAhub grew out of shutdown work on both sides of the table: the same worker file rebuilt for every mission, the same availability chased, the same expired ticket found too late. It keeps each worker's file current where the worker keeps it — so building the next crew gets quicker for everyone.
Who are the workers on WATAhub?
FIFO and shutdown workers in Western Australia who keep their own profile, documents and availability on WATAhub. During the demo we look at who is actually available for your mission, rather than quoting a headline number.
Are the documents verified?
Each document shows what is on file and its status: Valid, Expiring soon, Expired or No expiry recorded. Workers upload and maintain their documents. WATAhub does not check them with the issuing body yet, so keep the checks you already run before mobilisation.
When can I contact a worker?
Before a worker accepts your invitation, you see a profile you can shortlist: trade, usual rate, location, nearest airport and tickets. Their full profile and contact details open when they accept. Mobilisation details open once you confirm them. Accepting shows interest; it is not a confirmed spot.
Do the workers I find stay in my pipeline?
Every mission keeps its candidates, their stage and their history, and each worker keeps their own file up to date. Workers stay in control of their profile, so nobody is locked to one recruiter.
What does it cost to try?

Will WATAhub work with the tools we already use?
