Is WATAhub really free for workers?
Yes. Your profile, document wallet, availability, mission tracking and access to opportunities are free — and always will be. We may offer optional extras one day, but finding or applying for work here will never cost you a cent.
Is it useful if I already have a job?
Yes. Keep your documents current, organise your availability in your Roster and keep your WATAhub mission history together. Your file is ready when you want to consider your next move.
What documents should I prepare?
Start with your identity document or driving licence, your work rights or visa information, and the qualifications relevant to your trade. You can build your file gradually. Each mission may have additional requirements.
Who can see my information?
When you enable recruiter discovery, recruiters can see a limited profile preview, including your trade and availability. Your full identity and contact details unlock for the recruiting team after you accept its mission invitation. You can manage discovery in your profile settings.
Does accepting an invitation guarantee a job?
No. Accepting shows your interest and lets the recruiter review your profile. Screening, mission requirements and confirmation still follow. WATAhub helps you track those steps; it does not guarantee employment.
Can I use WATAhub on my phone?
Yes. WATAhub works in your mobile browser. You can also add it to your home screen for easier access between swings.
